VP Venture Partners
is a private Zurich-based VC firm supporting early-stage life science companies in Europe.
We are a team of scientists and entrepreneurs who want to leave an impact on the European life science ecosystem. We want to support founders by building, coaching, and financing startups from early stage to exit.

We invest in...

... human life science ventures, including medical devices, digital health, and diagnostics (excluding therapeutics and drug development).
... areas of high unmet need with a high potential patient impact.
... dedicated, motivated, and skilled teams with a passion to bring their product to the market.
Investment Philosophy
We are a hands-on investor
- We provide hands on support for our portfolio companies, working alongside the entrepreneur and setting them up for success. Our investment process involves due diligence and challenge retreats, designed to build strong relationships and provide actionable feedback.
- We do deep due diligence, with retreats to build relationships, to identify challenges and refine strategies.
- We intensively coach and work with teams before an investment.
- We can take (interim) C-level positions in our portfolio companies and support them in their day-to-day procedures with our operational, entrepreneurial, financial, and scientific experience.
- We can take board positions to guide and advise companies on the journey towards success.
